Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition) Players on the outside of the shaded area await for a pass from the player in the middle. once they have got use to the simple passing instruction, another player with an additional ball will enter the box so there is two players and two balls attempting to complete passes with the player son the outside.

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): The player in the middle passes the ball out to any of the players numbered outside the box. Player on the inside plays a one-two pass before laying it off to the numbered player to attempt a shot on goal. initial progression will be for the one to to be completed with 1 touch per player. if that works well and we are scoring plenty I will introduce a defender to jockey back and close the angle to making a shot on goal. A regression, if needed will see the players taking more than one touch in the pass leading up to the shot if needed.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Players on the outside get 1 point per goal. GK gets 2 points per save. Target is for outfield players to score a minimum of 10 points

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): This exercise sees 9 players located outside of the box with one player inside. The inside player begins by completing a pass to any of the players located outside the box. he will then receive the pass back from the player before changing direction and passing to a different player. Progression in this exercise will be for me to add a further player in so we have 2 balls moving the same time. If this becomes problematic, I will regress the exercise by telling players to take an extra touch so they have extra time to complete a pass and not get mixed up within the box
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Main challenge is for them to complete a full pass (back and forth to each other) the conditions they face is over hitting or under hitting the ball and also misplacing the pass when inside the box begins to get busier. The target is for the player (s) in the middle to receive and complete 5 passes before being allowed to change with a player outside the box.
