Time: 5 Minutes
Set Up:
-15x15 grid
-Player split evenly on the corners with two inside the grid.
Exercise:
-Players pass and move in order directed in above diagram.
-Players move off stations and take touch towards where they are playing next pass.

Time: 10 Minutes
Set Up:
-25x25 grid
-Players split into front back and back 4 with 2 yellow common MC starters.
-Outside playrs subs of relevant position.
Exercise:
-Players aim to play the ball from one end to the other using the common players. If opposition win ball they do the same the other way.
-Play 3 minutes and switch groups.
-Play same again and switch again if neessary.

Time: 5 to 10 Minutes
Set Up:
-4 linked grids of 10x10.
-Place starting back 4 in the grids.
Exercise:
-Sub defenders serve balls for defenders to head or play on the ball back to the server.
-Whoever is served to other 3 need to move into position to cover the other.
-Do 10 serves and switcch the defenders.
-Do another 10 serves

Time: 5 to 10 minutes
Set Up:
-MC at station 1.
-10 at station 2
-CF at station 3
-RW at 4.
-LW at 5.
Exercise:
-MC passes to 10 and then plays wide for RW.
-CF spins around 2, and long with LW and 10 moves into the box. MC moves to edge of area.
-RW crosses for a finish.
-Ater play coach serves to CF for a control and shot.
-Switch to other side next play.
