Organisation
- Half a full size pitch
- GK split into 3 equal grops
- Mannequins/ poles in a line in goal mouth (10 yards from goal line)
- Spare balls with each GK to keep the drill flowing.
- GK 1 passes the ball to GK 2 from wide position with either throw or chipped pass.
- GK 2 catches the ball and moves the ball across his box (and clear of the poles) and throws the ball to GK 3.
- GK 3 catches the ball, places it down and chip passes the ball back to GK 2.
- GK 2 catches the ball as they would in a game situation and then rolls it out to GK 1.
Progression
- Ask GK 2 to speed up to encourage counter attack/break away scenarios.
- GK 3 to vary positon to vary distance/angle of throw.

3 teams split in equal groups using 3 types of throws keepers are to throw the ball to each other and try to then find the other team on the opposite side advoiding the team in the middle, if they catch or save team then swap places team with most success in finding oppsite team win
