Objective – To create different combination patterns in the final third and improve scoring percentage in the game.
Number of Players – 14 field players (8v6 + GK)
Players Involve - #2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10, on Attacking Team/ #2,3,4,5,6,8 on RED.
Player Actions
#7 and #8 position and movement when ball is playing on opposite side (get wider)
#2 and #3 pinch inside as an interior midfield while #7 or #8 get wide to ended up as a higher wider player on the arc.
#10's rotations, one checks, second gets in behind back line.
Speed of play is important
Field Size – Final Third (40x75)
Duration – 4 Intervals of 3 minutes with 1 minute break inbetween intervals with a total of 15 minutes.
Rules – Ball always begins with Gk passing to the attacking team on any restart. Defending team combines and scores on mini goals.
Focus Attacking Team Principles – Penetration, unbalance opponents, Scoring.
Sub Principles – Spread out, create 2v1, get behind opponent, combination play
Coaching Interactions – On attacking team to speed up the play and look to unbalance opponents using numbers up to create combination plays to penetrate in final third with clear chances to score. Mainly startusing #7 and #11 to stretch the back line wide to create the combination plays and set our #8 or #10 in front of the goal.

4 goal possession game
Objective – To improve final third combinations and create opportunities to score.
Number of Players – 13 field players ( 3v3 in each end of the field + Neutral Player on central channel and couple subs)
Players Involve - #9,10,11 on Attacking Team / #2,4,5 on Defending team - #10 or #6 on neutral position.
Player Actions - Players need to create combination plays to break the defenders in final zone. If defending team wins the ball, need to play the ball across to their own color they playing for to start the attack in the other zone.
Neutral player can change direction at any time but, better to play with the team that pass it to him to play back to their own color (If the defending team pass it to the neutral, this needs to play to the same color on the attacking zone).
Neutral player can be added as an extra player in the final zone after first 5-6 minutes into the activity.

Set Up:
- 2 Full Size Goals - 2 Goalkeepers
- Field the size of two 18 yard boxes.
- Plenty Soccer Balls
- 2 Minutes Games
- Winning team stays - on a tied game, team who score last goal stays - last winner stays on a 0-0 game (Coach decide who stays on 0-0 score in first game).
-Focus on work rate/everybody defending!
Objective:
To work on high pressure at all times in the whole field.
