- Use their understanding of overloads in a game scenario.
Key Coaching Points:
Fast forward Finish: Attacking the goal with speed and direction towards the goal.
Wide to Inside: Use the width of the pitch to exploit the space in the center.

Focus on off-ball movements and direct play.
Off-ball:
Scenario 1 - If the attacker on the ball stays wide then their teammate stays wide
Scenario 2 - If the attacker on the ball starts to come inside can their teammate begin to overlap?
Direct play: Challenge - can the attacking team score within a set time limit? Reduce the time limit as the teams are gaining more success

2 matches with a scoreboard course in between. If a player scores, they must run through the yellow gate on their pitch. Players must dribble in and out of the cones and score a goal in the mini goal in order for their goal on the pitch to count. If the player knocks a ball off the cone or misses the shot in the mini-goals then their goal is disallowed.
As this is going on this will create overloads on their pitch, and the opposing team must look to utilise this overload to score.

2v1 possession
Attackers must keep the ball away from the defender. If an attacker loses possession of the ball then they switch roles with the defender. Emphasis on off-ball movement.
