Focus: When we win the ball in are own third can we use are wide players to get forward quickly. They are our outlet passes. Can other players then support them. Can defenders drive into space when given to them. If there is not a chance to get the ball wide or drive forward can we spread out and find where the overload will be as most teams will press ball side.

Description: 2v2 ball starts on side. If red wins they try score on the net, but may pass to red player waiting to create a 3v2 the other way.

3v2 4v3 (20 mins)
Tactical-Technical scale 1-10: 7
Technical: Overloads.
Description: starts in a 3v2. when team of 2 steals it they look to attack 4v3. Wide red players can only join in once the ball is pass to one of them.
Focus: can we attack quickly. Can we take advantaged of the overloads. Can we force 2v1s.
When the team of two wins it can we find our wide players quickly in order to create an overload. Can we then support them.
If defenders steal the ball and there is space can they drive forward quickly.
Dribble at defenders to force them to make a decision to take advantage of the overloads.

Description: 3v3 with two bumpers. Bumper players are allowed to come onto field once they receive a pass.
- If needs to be slowed down a little 3 passes before you can score. Bumpers can come on to field when rec pass if it is after the team has made 3 passes.
Focus: Can we win the ball and find wide players or drive forward to create goals. ( all previous focuses)
