5v4 Pressing Exercise:
The focus team plays a ball into the keeper and the keeper will roll the ball out. The defending group should have a shape that closely matches team shape in a game.
The attacking team (yellow) tries to score into mini goals. The defending team is the focus team and they score on the game goal. You can incentivize the defending team by rewarding them 1 point for a shot on goal and 2 points if they score.
Duration: 5 minute rounds x 2 min break (5 total rounds). Total Duration is 35 minutes

Directional Rondo
Directional Rondo:5v2 Rondo - 2 possession players on each end, 1 possession player in the middle. The possession team tries to pass the ball from one end to the other to get a point. If the defenders win the ball then they get the point.
The defending pair is the focus team. The objective for the focus team is to deny forward play from the attacking team.
Duration: 2 minute rounds x 30 second break (rotate 2 defenders each round). Play enough rounds for all players to defend 1 time. Repeat rotations for each player to defend a second round. Total exercise duration 20-25 minutes.
