Add cones with a ball on top for the amout of players on each team
Place cones with ball on top 2 yards apart vertically and 3 yards in from the sidelines
Instructions:
Players high five to start, run to poke the ball off the cone then dirbble back through gate
Once the player has returned back, the next on the team can go.
First team back, wins.
Coaching Points:
Poke the ball using the front foot (one closet the ball)
Lock the ankle
Weight is on the back foot
Toe pointed down

1 gate per amount of groups
1 ball per group
Instructions:
Partner 1 starts with the ball with partner 2 behind them
Partner 1 tries to dribble through the gates for a point
Partner 2's objective is to steal the ball and now become the attacker dribbling through gates for points
Coaching Points:
Poke the ball using the front foot (one closet the ball)
Lock the ankle
Weight is on the back foot
Toe pointed down
Progressions:
Make gates bigger or smaller based on success of tackles
P: Bigger for more challenging to tackle
R: Small for more opportnities to tackle

1 counter attack goal per each grid
1 Two yard wide dribbling gate for each grid near outside of space
Plenty of balls
Instructions:
Player A starts game with first touch
A's objective is to dribble through gate for a point
B closes down from an angle and tries to gain possesion, can counter with pass into goal for a point
Game is over with point scored, ball out of bounds, or after 30 seconds
Return to same line once game is over
Rotate lines after 90 seconds

Instructions:
3 teams play against each other
When a team stops the ball on the end line in between dribbling gates, they then maintain possesion and go the other direction to score while the losing team leaves the field and the team in waiting now comes on to defend.
Team on standby must stand at a red cone, ready to come on.
Team with most points after a set amount of time wins.

Organization:
24x16 area split in half into two 16x12 areas
2 yard wide gate at endline of space near outside
2 yard wide gates 3 yards into space from lines A and B
4 groups of players total
Instructions:
A starts the game by stepping into the field, B then goes, both A and B must run through the gate before be B can tag A for a point, A's objective is to run through the gate without being tagged.
Once the game ends, players must go around the outside and return to the line they were previously in.
After each player has gone at least once, rotate attacking/defending lines A and B.
