Method : Possession Through the thirds , 4v4 v4 + 4
Blues try to keep possession vs 2 defenders pressing, 4 passes eligible for transfer , blues can use either middle pink floaters or wide floaters to transfer to Yellow players once yellow players have a touch green can press in the same 4v2 , opposite greens pressing need to recover runs .

Method
Thirds game 25x20 three grids
Game starts off one of the goalkeepers at each end , 3 v 2 in the build up , to start defenders must play through the middle third to progress into the scoring zone .
Once the ball is in the attacking zone 2v 3 , one midfielder can provide a third man run also to create a 3v3 to finish .
No throw ins , if your team scores game resumes from scoring team keeper .
