Rules: starting player can move into the center zone and back into original zone at any time, must play two passes before passing out wide or playing into the next zone, defenders cannot enter wide areas.

Rules: starting player can move into the center zone and back into original zone at any time, must play 3 passes before passing out wide or playing into the next zone, defenders can enter wide areas, one player can enter wide areas and can be followed by opponent, one player can enter the final zone, can pass or dribble into the wide areas.

Equipment: cones, flat discs, goals, futsals
Rules: start play from the back, in central zone must make two passes before playing into the next zone, can only play through to the next zone must be within two touches of the ball, must stay in designated zone.
if tackled, the defender must give the ball to goalkeeper/starting player.
Coaching points: think about when and type of pass, where to position yourself, body shape e.g. open, recognise when to dribble, create space, type of body shape, forward movement
