Objective: Vison pass Reading defender proper decision pass-receive
Organization: 15-20x15-20, 8 players
Progression: 1st. prog: pass-receive (direction of pass) same foot rt-rt (counter clock) lft.-lft (clock wise). Before receiving read color cone from defender. When receiving open up body to have 1st. touch forward. Def. pressure opposite foot of receiving.
2nd. prog: pass opposite foot of receive rt-lft (counter clock) lft.-rt. (clock wise). Before receiving call color cone from defender. When receiving correct angle of body for 1st touch opposite direction of pass. def. pressure receiving foot.
3rd. prog: Def. free to pressure either side. Read the defender and make correct decion of pass-receive.
Rotation: 1 min switch defender.
Coaching points: head up, look around, accuracy-pace of the pass, correct body angle, proper timing, reading def.
Important: timing of the pass with defender pressure.

Objective: positioning posession
Organization: 15x10 grid, 9 players, 3 colors bibs
Progression: 6:3 no transition keep ball going from & to NP player (B). If defender wins dribble out. Attcking team (5 players) prevent it.
Add transition with make it big for we make it small for they
Variation: have NP as side players (7-11) or as spine players 4-6-9 (2 mids in this system)
Coaching points: head up (vision), break line of pressure, angle support, play between lines, body angle, accuracy-pace of pass, body angle, proper touch
