Organisation

Red player runs around the cone and receives the ball from the blue player as they reach the cone, before entering the circle and taking a shot at goal. Cycle is repeated on alternative sides so the blue receive a pass from the player in red before taking a shot.

Intention

Technical shaping around receiving the ball on the move and goal scoring.

Observations

- Players receiving the ball, should try and run as fast as they can, and try not to slow down when the ball is passed.

Progressions
- Have the player passing the ball put pressure on the shot.
