Skills
while playing dodgeball, you need good agility. So for this drill it will be a race using thier skills in agility.
I will split them into 2 teams by getting them to pair up and they will number themselves 1 and 2.
Players that are number one stand behind one cone and player 2 stands behind the other cone. They will still be opposite the person they paired up with, so they can verse them.
To complete this they could be working at 100% as it is race.
To compelet it they must do fast side steps in between the cones, high knees over the hurdles, run to the cone in the middle which they must touh with thier hands and finally sprint to the ball and throw it in the goal. The other person can become the keeper if they dont get the ball, if they save it its their piont.
After every win the player must tally thier piont on the whiteboard as its a competion.

Game
When the whistle blows, the team can only nominate one player to go head to head to try get as many balls as they can. Then the game will continue as a normal dodgeball game.

Warm up
For the warm up I will get the participants to run around the area in the sports hall, which will probably be one badminton court.
I will call out different movement to complete so they can warm up
The first one will be running at a 50% pace, the high knees, then heel flicks, then skipping jumps
After this, the players will get into a circle and do some dynamic and static stretches. The players who pick the strech ill nominate the next person to perform a stretch.
