Set-up
Full playing field, with two 8 yard end zones and equal number of balls start in each zone.
Players steal balls from their opponents end zones.
Physical Activity
Players must run into the opponents area into their safe zone. Once in the safe zone they try to dribble back to their side of the field. IF they are tagged the ball goes back and the player is frozen until one of their teamates free's them by tagging them. They get a safe passage back to their side. The game continues until one side has no balls left or after 10 mins there is no winner, the team with the most balls in their endzone wins.
Technical
Players and taggers have to both defend their area as well as try to dribble into their end zone.
Progress: player can pass the ball across the center line and be received by a team mate.
Progress: in order to get the ball back the ball must be won and dribbled back to their endzone

25x35 field with two end zones (safety areas) and half way line.

2vs2 game (20mins)
Set up- Two nets on 30x20 field.
This game focuses on attacking and then transition to defense.
One team starts with the ball and attacks the net, if they score, two new members from their team start attacking right away. If they miss the net or cause the ball to leave the field they must immediately start defending. This should be a fast pace game with quick transitions. This can be played using pug nets or use larger nets with goalies.
Progressions:
Time limits placed on the time to shoot
Extra points for a back pass to goalie and out
