The blue team is against the reds, who are set up in a 4-3-3 with just the front line in play to start with.
The blue team is set up in a 1-4-4-2 with the goalkeeper and back line in play as well as one of the CM's who acts as a 6 for our team.

Passing around the box with pressure.
The aim for this is to replicate real game pressure to allow players to play at game speed. Once you play the ball, you then passively press the next player.
