1 v 1 4 Goal Chaos Game

Age - 6 +

Ability - Any

Ideal Group Size - Groups of 4 (4, 8, 12, 16)

How to Play : -

Each player has a number in their group of 4, for example - Player 1, Player 2, Player 3 & Player 4. First game Player 1 vs Player 2 & Player 3 vs Player 4.

Player 1 to stand in one goal to play Player 2 standing in the goal opposite, whilst Player 3 & 4 do the same in the goals in the same square.

Both player 1 v 1 at the same time in the square, therefore creating the 'Chaos' atmosphere.

To score, players must dribble through the goals or a small pass.

Once a goal has been scored, the player that has scored goes back to his goal to start again.

Play for 4 / 5 minutes, once the game has finished, Player 1 plays Player 3, Player 2 plays Player 4.

If the ball leaves the square, player gets the ball and dribbles back on to restart the game.

Coaching Points

Encourage positive dribbling, creative skills & turns to beat their defender.

Attacking available space at speed and being aware of players around you.

Protect and Shield the ball from the defender, putting your body there to protect.

Be patient - Wait for the right time to attack your opponent.
