Organization:
- 20 x 30 area set upas shown (x2)
- 2 mini goals per field set up as shown
- 6 players per field (2 Attackers, 2 Defenders & 2 Support Players)
- 1 Ball (additinal on outside)
Instructions:
- Teams play 2v2 mini game inside area.Attacking team aims to score in mini goal (directional)
- Attacking team can use Support Players on side lines to create overloads (3v2)
- Support Players must play one touch & move anywhere along sideline to support the play
- After set time rotate players
Coaching Points:
- Movement off the ball to receive
- Quality & speed of pass. Keep possession
- Execution & Timing of Combination Moves
- Create triangles with support players; 3v2 overloads
- Attack at speed & finish!
Progressions:
P - Play 3min games with winners staying on. Team to win 3 in a row get golden point & rotate out.
P - 4 v 3
P-Limit touches 2 / 3 touches

Organization:
- 30 x 50 area set up as shown
- Mark 1/2 way line using cones
- 14 Players (6 Attackers, 6 Defenders, 2 Support Players)
- 1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
- Teams play 6v6 inside area (inc. keepers).Attacking team aims to score past keeper into goal
- Players are assigned a 1/2 in which they must operate, creating a 2v2 in each area.
- Attacking team can use Support Players at any time, who operate entire sideline
- Attacking player on ball can alsouse Support Player to overload (see diagram)
- No player from defending team can track into oppsite 1/2. Player reurturns when possession breaks
- After set time rotate players
Coaching Points:
- Movement off the ball to receive. Make the field BIG!
- Quality & speed of pass. Keep possession
- Awareness of space & surroundings. Circulate the ball!
- Execution & Timing of Combination Moves
- Create triangles with support players; 3v2 overloads
- Attack at speed, take advantage of 3v2's & finish!
Progressions:
P - Attacking team can only enter opposite 1/2 through a Support Player
R - Attacker can now dribble into oppsite half to create 3v2 overloads
P - Defender can now track Attacker

Warm Up I
Organization:
- 25 x 25 area set up as shown
- 12 - 14 players (6-7 attackers in middle) Rest of players are outside grid
- 6 -7 balls for each player inside
- Additional balls on outside
Instructions:
- Organize players into 2 teams. 7 players of each team (14 total) start around outside of area as shown
- Players inside grid start with the ball, look to dribble in & combine with one of their targets on the outside
- After combining with outside player they must now recieve the ball back and look to pass ball to another team mate on outside, across the grid
- Outside players not active are able to move along their line to create passing option
- Combinations: Wall Passes, Doubles Passes & Overlaps
- After set time rotate the target players out

- Execution & Understanding of Combination Moves
- Wall Passes, Double Passes & Overlaps
- Good 1st touch into area, head up early to connect with target player
- Speed of combination. Move quickly & with purpose
- One Touch combinations!
Progressions:
P - Outside players can now move anywhere around the outside of the area to create passing option
P- Two/ Three touch
P- Two teams can play agaisnt each other possession 4 passes = 1 Point . First one to 3 points
