4V4+4 dynamic BP/transition game
Team in BP work ball from 1 end to other (operate on outside of area where possible), if defenders regain BP must find a joker before scoring (mini goal- 1pt or rwb through end gate- 3pts).
CP- Escaping pressure with disguised 1st touch in central areas- if defender is touch tight
- ball circulation to create space in wide areas or centrally
- set pass to unlock space in behind- if you cannot receive facing forward
#Pivot- create space to enable yourself to receive with open body/facing forward before seeking line breaking pass/bounce pass with teammate- when end joker is in BP
BPO- compact- shift to ball side (tight BPO unit) before breaking at pace in +transition
- attack space with tight ball control and by being direct.

Teams- Red- Henry (CB), Saahil (rwb), nate, Jack, Lachy
Blue- Jayden, Harry, Tomo, Nick, Matt
Joker- Charles
Rules/Explanation:
3 zone 5v5+1 position specific BP game
- 1 red can sit in their end zone to allow for ball retention/circulation- no blue can drop into their end zone until ball is in zone (must maintain higher line)- Red aim to work ball into final zone (free movement) and finish before restarting.
If blue regain BP, launch fast break (red in end zone must step)
CP- Create good passing angles centrally, allowing us to combine- as ball enters central zone
- disguised 1st touch to escape pressure before moving ball at pace- if receiving under pressure
Progression- 3v3 in each end zone
