The session focuses on the push pass - keeping STICK ON BALL. We want to avoid players taking their stick off the ball when passing on the move in a game.
Try and pass FOREHAND to FOREHAND.
To pass: Knees bent, low body position, flat stick, sideways body position to pass.
To receive: At least two touches - control and pass. Don't be tempted to bat the ball back, it's not tennis!
