5:15 to 5:23: Use tall cones or the big cones. Set a lot of them and the players can turn around using one foot or the other, using the inside foot or the outside foot. Keep the ball as close as possible to the cone when turning ... have them moving and doing other things (foundations, toe tap, light juggles ...) ... you don't want them dizzy. The focus is that the player learns to move the ball not just straight forward.

5:25 to 5:33: Line soccer: No more than 4 players per team. Fields of 20*15 or so with a 5 yard goal in each goal line. You basically assign numbers to the players and when you call this (these) number(s) they play against each other. This will give every player an opportunity to go against a defender. Have them switching direction all the time. You can call one, two or the three players. They have to touch the ball at least 3 times ... you can set as many rules as you want, depending on the level of your group.

5:00-5:20 PM: Warm up. Our focus at this age should be the use of both feet and all the parts of the foot. So right foot, left foot, inside foot, outside foot, bottom of your feet, combinations of these ... etc. A second focus is awareness of where the player is and what is around ... So keep your head up, don't bump on another player, move to open space, pay attention to coaches' instructions ... Move of the day is the Matthews the body feint.
