Set Up
Create a field 20x16 and split into 4 as shown in graphic.
How to Play
Attackers (red) score 1 point for:
- 10 passes in a row
- Pass through middle square (defined by poles)
- Pass into middle square for team mate to receive and play out (only one attacker in the zone at a time)
- Around the world (pass from 1 square to the next going all the way around)
Defenders work together to win the ball. Defenders score by winning the ball and:
- Passing to a team mate
- Scoring in one of the goals
- Dribbling out of area

How to Play
Coach plays into one of the three attackers.
Attackers - Combine to pass/dribble through one of the 3 small goals. Attacker must stay in own channel.
Defenders - Win the ball and play to team mate or waiting Red player.
Coaching points:
- Pressure
- Cover
- be in a position where you can see ball and player
Once a goal is scored by either team or the ball goes dead the game starts again with the new defenders and attackers.
Points:
Attackers - 1 point for dribbling/passing through the goal
Defenders - 1 point for winning the ball and making a pass to waiting players
Progression:
Take away middle two cones and have players free to roam anywhere in the area.

Set Up
Create a field using the width of the 18 yards box and 36 yards from goal.
How to Play
Player A plays in to either player B or C then play 3v2.
3 attackers combine to score.
2 defenders to prevent attackers from scoring.

- Cut off passing options
- Keep play in front of you, be able to see ball and player at same time
