Organisation

This pattern works as both a 4-2-3-1 and a 4-4-2.
Idea.
Full back plays ballinto strikers feet(who comes off defender, centre back), Then lay a pass off to No10, or Central midfielder in 4-4-2, who then plays pass between centre back and full back for wide player to run in behind and finish on goal.

Timing of run to break lines and not be off side.

Organisation
Blues attack goal on half way line, reds attack other goa.
Play starts with ball at full back , Pass into striker who lays off to No10 or mindfielder who plays forward for full back to overlap and cross to red players advancing into box.
Both sides work at same time. Then server rolls ball in for teams to play 3v3. Shaded area shows where defenders cant enter. This will encourage passes to break lnes.
Once the 3 players have completed the practice, 3 new players enter the pitch Both side.
Duration.
6 minutes x 2 sets. Then opposite side.
