Organization:
2 groups
2 Goals 36 yards apart (scale to age appropriate distance or developmental level)
Cones marking 3 zones for each goal
Instructions:
Blue begins by playing A-B-C . C takes one touch out of their feet and then shoots on goal.
Outside corner zones worth 3 points. Middle zone worth 1 point.
Teams have to reverse ends after a set time to work on both feet.
Coaching Points
Choice of shot.
Second knuckle to strike ball.
Standing foot placement
Follow through - land on standing foot.
Progressions:
Player A jogs to player C whereupon C completes a body feint or scissor before shooting
- Rotation : A to B , B to C to A

4v4 or 5v5
Instructions:
Games are played to exactly 10 points without going over. (10 points or reasonable target)
Goals within 12 yards = 1 POINT
Goals 12-24 yards = 2 POINTS
Goals > 24 yards = 3 POINTS
REBOUNDS ARE WILD. (Can be worth 1-3 points)
Coaching Points:

Can we look for every opportunity to shoot?
Can we be aggressive in looking to gobble up rebounds?
Is a long shot worth it? If so, why?
Progressions:
REBOUNDS ARE A GOLDEN GOAL.
Regressions:
Every shot worth a point. Scale up all the zones' points in that case 2, 3, and 4 points etc

PREP ACTIVITY
Organization:
2 Goals on opposite ends of 18 yard box
Possessing team numbers up. 4v2, 5v3 etc.
Space should be tight.
Instructions:
Possessing team attempts to keep possession or split the defenders.
10 passes or Split = Goal
If Defending team wins the ball they attempt to score in any goal.
Attackers stop them at all costs. Closest to the goal can use their hands. (or use GK there if available)
Tight Space. More chaos the better
Coaching Points:
Defenders ready to pounce on loose passes
Anticipate where the ball will go next
Try to force errors
Once the ball is won, how quickly can we score? One touch? Two?
Best technique to finish? Any technique? Any part of body?
