BALL MASTERY ASSOCIATED WITH MOTOR COORDINATION

ORGANIZATION

set up an are of 10 x 10 yards

set up a set of cones about 2 feet a part from each other

DRILLS DESCRIPTION - PHASE 1

Little Wyatt will initiate his run as a slalom motion to the last cone, get the soccer ball and dribble it back

usig inside/outside his feet, One run with his Left, and one run with is right

Progression 1

Now he will shuffle between the cones, and perform the same drills with the ball,(dribbling)

He should perform 4 sets on each progression

PHASE 2

BALL MASTERY

He will stay stand behind the ball, performing toe/toe(tap,tap) for 15 seconds

(better if you count for him as 1 and 2 or Left,Right, this is for ball mastery coordination)

PHASE 2

We call inside/inside

Same as above, now he will be using the inside of his little feet
