Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progressions:
- Remove one neutral.
- Give defenders freedom to press the wide player.
- Reduce the number of touches.
Regressions:
- Add another neutral.
- Make the pitch wider.
- Give wide players two touches.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- 1 point for successfully switching from one wide channel to the other.
Coaching points:
- Create maximum width
- Can we attract pressure before switching?
- Recognise when the opposite side is free
- Switch quickly when the opportunity is there
- Support the player receiving the switch

- Keep wide players as permanent neutrals.
- Increase pitch width.
- Allow unlimited touches.

- Goal after a successful switch = 2 points
