Organization: Field is 30x20 (zone is 5y deep and 10y away from the goal).
Instructions:
- Ball starts with the #6 with a pass to #4/5. From that point they try to reach a pass into the zone from which then they can score on the goal. If the green wins the ball they can score on the mini goal.
Coaching Points:
1. Rec. press from opponent (straight or side pressure) 2. Movement in different lines (to progress) 3. Finding the diagonal passing lines 4. Movement to attack the space 5. If not possible to progress, maintain possession with pass back.

Organization: Width of the 6y box to sideline (till midline). 5y zone after midline.
Instructions:
- play starts with the #6 he decides to find the open player and from there try to build to receive a pass into the zone from which they can now score. If the pressing team wins the ball they try to score on the big goal.
Rotate players after 2 plays.
*** After 20 min. switch to opposite side of the field.

Player 1 passes to #2 (once the pass travels the defender press in/out). Depending on the pressure #2 decides to receive/pass or combine with #1 to look for #3. When the ball reaches #3 he dribbles/plays back in line to #1.
