4v4+1
Players can only make 3 passes.
Every time a player scores, they switch places with the +1 outside the game.
The +1 outside the game joins the game by carrying a ball into the game with them, joining the team of the goal scorer.
Coaching Points:
+1 carries the ball into play with them, creating an attacking transition
Can add restrictions on what part of the foot to use when playing. Example: Ask the players to only to move the ball with the top of the foot, bottom of the foot, or outside of the foot.

3v3 Games
Split team into 3v3 teams
Adjust play area according to skill level (more space for weaker players, less space for stronger players)
3 passes max per team before they must shoot or get dispossessed
Rotate teams every 10 minutes
Coaching Points:
Instruct the players to use the part of the foot that is being worked on in order to move the ball
Reduce the number of passes allowed to force more dribbling
Can do 2v2 games instead depending on number of players, but 3v3 allows the players to feel like they're part of a team

1v1 Gate Game (20 mins)
1v1
Split team into groups of 2.
Players take turns attacking or defending the cone gates.
Defenders cannot step across the cones. Attackers cannot shoot the ball through the cones, must walk it in.
Coaching points:
Adjust according to the area of the foot the players are being instructed to use. Are the players working on moving the ball with the sole, inside or outside of the foot?
If the players are struggling, make the space between the cone gates larger.
Attackers should look at the movement of the defender when making the decision to choose which cone gate to go through.
