GK 1 throws ball back when in the air and moves inbetween the 2 Mannequinns.

2 Teams of 9 in 1-3-2-1(+2 wide players in service boxes)
Play starts with GK with the aim of playing with central players and getting the ball wide to either of their sides service boxes. From the service box, the player has 2 touches to deliver a cross into the box for their team to try and score.
1 point from open play (to keep game realistic), 2 points if goal is scored with a cross from service box, 4 points if scored with a header in back post area.
Rotate players in service boxes.
