GK receives pass from S1, S1 then runs and cuts passing lane off of S3 or S2. GK passes to whoever is spare.
GK recovers to post for cutback from S.
GK repositions from the ball who he/she passed it. That player switches the field to S4
GK follows the ball and reacts to touch of S4 for LIVE scenario.
Each GK takes 4 reps, rotating after each. Work both sides.
PROG: GK when passing (IN POSS Phase) can play a longer ball to S3 (Clipped 25 yards).
