5 Players Per Group (Can be Modified w/4)
2 Balls Per Group & 6 Catches Then Rotate
GK Starts Behind Mannequin and Off Visual Cue gets around and deals w/service and distributes ball to other server at the top. Then Drops deep to receive backpass from one side and plays to other side and returns to Mannequin.
A: Server takes a touch for cue and plays ball for scoop/front smother. Play in two-touches to opposite side.
B. Bounce for cue and volley for contour. Play in two-touches and clip ball to hands of opposite side.
C. GK stays behind mannequin and peers around to deal w/mid range collapse or low collapse. Receive back pass play into the server w/out ball and receive layoff to play in one-touch to opposite side.

-Communication of asking for the ball w/visual and verbal cues.
-Set Shape movement and keeping eyes at good height
-Handling technique and meeting the ball.

Two-GKs working at a time. GK always starts behind plastic mannequins and adjusts positioning based on cue/toss.
A. Central server tosses ball to wide server who volleys or half-volleys after GK adjusts behind mannequin.
B. Central server tosses to opposite side and GK must travel across the goal and avoid other GK while traveling.
C. Not shown. Servers communicate and can make there own choice.

Same as previous, but now GKs drop off mannequin and receive backpass from central server and play out to wide players on there side. Then sprint across goal to deal w/opposite servers strike.

Emphasis on having GKs communicating with defending so that shots are closed down that causes deflections.

D. Sprint to each stick and get set before bursting. jog or dynamic movements between straight aways.
