Practice Layout:

- 8 players on Blue Team playing in a 1-5-2 basedon a 1-3-5-2 which will be attacking in the final third.
- 8 players on the Red Team playing in a 1-4-3based on a 1-4-4-3 which will be they defending team.
Session Objectives:
To be able to successfully score and create chances withinthey final third
Session overview:
The game will start with either goalkeeper where they ballswill be beside the goal. The attacking team will work together using differentpatterns of play to move the defence around in the final third to be successfulin scoring in the final third. They coach team will have and emphasis on takingrisks, making sure there is width and depth in attack. The opposing team willlook to defend in a solid shape, once they win the ball, they will have totransition fast and score.

Challenges:
Can you create overloads in attack to break down theydefence and score

Conditions:
Once ball goes out play from either goalkeeper
No corners
Reds need to score in the opposite goals
Allow throw-ins to keep realism in the game
Reference points for wingbacks to get high and wide tocreate space
When the defensive team have, the ball press high to trapthem in the final third

Session Objective - To be able to successfully create chances in the final third through a multitude of different ideas.
Session Overview:
The practice will start from the central midfielder with the ball at the half way line. play will not start until the back 4 are in line with their reference point to simulate realism within the practice. The managed team will look to stay compact and protect the final third from the chances which the coached team can create. the coached team will look to break down the defensive team in the final third. the coached team will look to play through, around and over to score goals.
