GK warm up activity ( 10 min )

A (5 mins) GK makes a save from a volley serve from coach then moves across to make a save on the other side.
B (5 mins) GK makes a low save then moves across to make a save on the other side.

Handling and shot stopping (15 mins)

 (A) For first 7min 30sec :

First save is shot that can go anywhere in the goal centrally GK then moves to the left
Next save is a volley shot from the coach for the GK to catch.
Lastly they move to the right of the and make the same save as the one on the left.

(B) For last 7min 30sec :

First save is shot that can go anywhere in the goal centrally GK then moves to the left
GK now makes a save from a low shot near the ground
Lastly the GK moves all the way to the right and makes the same low save

Reactions + close range 1v1 (15 mins)

The coach will shout a colour then the GK must touch that cone
Once they've touched that cone the coach will drop the ball near the opposite cone and the GK must catch it before it bounces for a second time
Straight after that, the GK repositions themself and will face a 1v1 where the coach will either go left or right to try and score past the GK
