Two 12x16 boxes - but with neutral zone in middle. (5 yards)
Objective now is for attacking team '9' to drop into zone to set ball for attacking 4 or 2/3 who plays into target player in the next zone. 7 and 11 should then make diagonal runs to support ball
2 defenders with ball - one needs to move as previous
Key Points:
- 9 movement to be able to come and set the ball
- 9 doesnt want to spend time in middle zone - retreat if pass doesnt come
-intensity of wide player to either make diagonal supporting run - or to move back to cone
-emphasis up-back-through pattern

Up and Through Rondo (20 mins)
8 x 8 Grids (x2) - with dividing line
White Team want to retain - to switch to other end via the middle receiving player (10) - ball can't return to starting square untill it reaches target player
Dividing line player becomes central player - central player moves to dividing line
Wide players move up to support ball
There should always be 2 defenders with ball - so nearest defender moves across - defenders stay in untill they have won the ball a set number of times (3 usually) or and agreed time.
Key Points:
-Use of central player to move defenders - able to create passing line for dividing line player
-receiving player body position - positive to play forwards (could give dividng line player 2 touches)
-look for passing patterns/combinations with use of wide players
