Organization:
-Two 20x20 grids
-1v1 attacking in each grid
Instructions:
-1v1 attacking in each grid, defender starts with the ball and plays it to the attackers feet.
-Attacker must try and dribble the ball into the opponent's "end-zone"
-Roles are switched once every player on the team goes once.
Coaching Points:
-Commit defender
-Knowing when to hold, dribble and when to run with the ball
-Observe the body position of the defender
-If defender is side on attack the front foot
-If defender is square push the ball past and accelerate
-Timing and execution of fake and faints
-Cut into space behind defending player once beaten
-Play at speed
Progressions:
-Can move into 1v2 scenario (Demonstrated in right grid) to instruct attackers on what to do when outnumbered.

Organization:
- 20x20 yard grid
-Pugg goal at each end
- 2v1 Attacking in the grid
Instructions:
-Player from outside the grid plays it in to their teammate. Teams take turns attacking 2v1, if the defending team wins the ball they can then go and attack the opposing team's pugg goal.
-If either team scores a goal the teams switch out and 2 new players come in on each side.
Coaching Points:
-1st Attacker to commit defender to the ball
-2nd attacker to offer support for combination either in front, to the side or behind
-Angle and distance of 2nd attacker
-Decision making of each player
-Combination selection
-Timing of combination
-1st attacker uses 2nd attacker to combine or as a decoy
Progressions:
-Can progress into a 2v2 scenario (demonstrated in right grid)

-40x40 grid with big goals.
-4v4 game
Instructions:
-Normal game, no restrictions
Coaching Points:
-See how first attacker is attacking with the ball, and whether or not they understand when to dribble, hold, or pass the ball.
-See how second attacker is supporting the first attacker.
-Confidence when on the ball.
