Organization:
- 1, 2,3,5 6,10, 9 vs 3-1;2-2
- Gray team has to start with a goal kick and get over the line of cones in possession of the ball
Coaching Points:
- Use top foot
- Play one or two touch
- Know what to do before receiving ball
- Play where you face
- Inside of foot
- Play on the ground
- One player comes low, one comes high, not both on the same line
- Proper movement and spacing to create space
- Quick transition
- Open up body
Progressions / Variations:
- Once they have success they need to dribble through 2 or 3 gates instead of the whole line
- If that is still working have only two gates where one is in the middle, and one is the opposite side of the field to the 3
