EX1. (A) Coach feeds ball to GK who dives and needs to hold onto ball (B) server throws ball to coach (C) GK takes ball that he caught to server in pos (B) and re does same movement. continue 5x, note if GK does not hold onto ball from coaches pass he must pick up another ball from server behind goals and take it to server in pos (C)
EX2. (A) GK moves fast in and out of cones and then dives opposite direction (B) to save ball, gets up quickly to save ball in other direction illistrated in (C) and lastly moves quickly to get infront of the pole in (D) waiting for a shot in any direction as shown in (E).
