SETUP.
  • 3 ZONES.
  • 2 TEAMS OF 4 BOTH POSSESSION TEAMS (ZONE A & C) AND 1 TEAM OF 6 INTERCEPTORS (ZONE B).


RULES FOR POSSESSION TEAMS.
  • POSSESSION TEAMS HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER AND MUST SWITCH THE BALL ACROSS TO THE OTHER ZONE. 
  • BEFORE SWITCHING EITHER ZONE, THE TEAM WITH THE BALL MUST COMPLETE A PASSING SEQUENCE IN EITHER A TRIANGLE OR DIAMOND SHAPE.
  • POSSESSION TEAM HAVE UNLIMITED PASSES.
  • ALL PASSES NEED TO BE ON THE FLOOR (EVEN WHEN SWITCHING PLAY) IF A BALL IS IN THE AIR THAT PLAYER WILL HAVE TO LEAVE THE AREA FOR 5 MINUTES.
  • IF THE INTERCEPTORS WIN THE BALL, TWO PLAYERS FROM EACH TEAM ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER TO INTERCEPT THE BALL.
  • EVERY TIME YOU SUCCESSFULLY SWITCH PLAY FROM ZONES A-C/ C-A, BOTH POSSESSION TEAMS RECEIVE 1 POINT.


RULES FOR INTERCEPTORS.
  • TWO PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE ZONE IN POSSESSION WITH THE BALL.
  • IF THE TWO INTERCEPTORS WIN THE BALL, THEY CAN PASS TO YOU, THE TEAM TO COMPLETE 6 PASSES.
  • IF YOU COMPLETE 6 PASSES, YOU MUST PASS TO THE COACH TO BANK 6 POINTS.
  • YOU MUST COMPLETE 2 SHAPE PASSES (TRIANGLE OR DIAMOND) BEFORE YOU GET TO THE 6th PASS.
