Possession Rondo with Targets (15 mins)

SET UP:

• Mark a 35 x 35 yds Square
• Divide the Team into two groups
• Assign a color to each team
• Each team must designate a player on each side of the field (Some in Width and others in Depth)

• It will begin with a team in possession of the ball.
• The other team will try to recover the ball
• Each time the ball is played to the outside players the team in possession will take a point, but the player who passed the ball must quickly transition with the player who received the ball.
• The rule applies that points cannot be scored by playing twice on the same side (moving the ball from one side to another connecting passes with the outside player to score points.
• Rotate external players
• Change the external players in Width and Depth.

This activity can take 15 to 20 minutes.
