Set-up:
1/3 of field.
Organization
Blue is the possession team, black team are defenders, yellow player is neutral and plays for both teams. White team attacke the two mini goals. Zone A is the 'Building Out' zone, white team must play 3 passes in this zone before attacking up field, black team are only allowed to send 2 players in Zone A during the build up.
Progressions
1) Change attacking team.
2) Remove restrictions
Coaching Points
Shape - Building out shape of 2-3-2 using center backs, def mid and wide players
Look to take a positive touch at all times
Body shape when showing for and receiving the ball

SetUp
Half field area with neutral zone (A), two mini goals, one full size goal
Organization

8v8 Formation: GK-4-2-1 VS. GK-3-1-3
-Back four looking to play out of the back with composure. Don't panic when you have pressure, composure, trust that you're teammate will open up for you. Scan the field, line vision, etc.
-3 strikers in 3-1-3 need to be applying tons of pressure and forcing players wide.
-Introduce by-pass rule. Also explain first 5 minutes and last 5 minutes of every half, we by-pass. We play direct. Want to out-work them then out-play them. They need to know they're going to be in a dog fight.

Rules:
- Have to call name of person you're passing to.
- Player who loses the ball or doesn't call the name goes in the middle and performs 4 push-ups.
- Player in middle has to touch the ball three times in order to go out of grid.
Coaching Point: 3 step rule, always supporting your teammate.
