Pitch set up as shown (if numbers allow for FB add the shaded area and play for both teams).
How to Play
GK starts play to a holding MF player (HMF).
White team must play through the thirds, holding their team shape.
White Team must find ways to break the defensive block (over, through or round).
2 AMF can support the FWD in the final third.
Blue Team must try to prevent forward passes and can recover (one zone) towards their GK (Yellow).
Blues can be direct and try to score.
