Diagonal sprint / recovery jog (20 mins)

Start in groups of 4 or 5 at point A.

Sprint with 90% effort to point B, slowing by the cone.

Jog to point C then sprint to point D.

Repeat

Once the first group gets to point B, the second group can start.

Assign a group leader that makes sure all team players are together before starting the sprint each time.

Do not try to catch the other team, this should be about Quality sprinting with a simple recovery.

Do 12 sets.
