Description:-
Who Is Behind You Scanning PracticeEach player has a ball each dribbling and moving around the half pitch area or desired size area>Players keep scanning and checking shoulder>Coach blows whistle and everyone stops and players are NOT allowed to look behind them>Coach calls players out individually one by one and player must answer "Who Is Behind You?"Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
PROGRESSIONS- Progress through so all players get a turn of "Who Is Behind You?"
REGRESSIONS-
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:-
CHALLENGES- Use non dominant foot.Try Skills.
CONDITIONS-Stay inside half pitch area. No cheating once called! Dribble in to different spaces.

Description:-
Goalkeepers (Yellow) Passes to player in wide channel to begin 2v1>After a goal up attacking side of pitch defending team transition to 3v2 by dribbling a ball in>4v3>5v4 etc and practice continues until all players are playing live and involved in the game. Re set after goal is scored.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
PROGRESSIONS- If team with numerical advantage can't score increase advantage again i.e 4v2
REGRESSIONS- A new defender can join in to even up if opposite team can't make use of overload.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:-
CHALLENGES- Use width by going in wide channel,Find Spare Player,Press Quickly.Use depth when attacking.
CONDITIONS- Goalkeeper must pass in to wide channel to start practice.
TARGETS- Score a goal

Passing - Eyes Up.Look at Target
Running With Ball-Good 1st Touch
Shooting-Select surface of foot to use.

PROGRESSIONS- 5min 2 touch>5min 3 touch>10min all in
REGRESSIONS- Progress to more touches if struggling

CHALLENGES- Defenders go wide to receive ball from goalkeeper. Use width, use depth. Can we create an overload?
CONDITIONS-

Passing - Firm Ankle and follow through
Control - Identify space, body shape on approach and can we look forward and hips pointing forward when receiving
Shooting - Arms out for balance

REGRESSIONS- Same but move back wards to basics if struggling

CHALLENGES-Practice new skills. Use different surfaces of foot. Use non dominant foot.
CONDITIONS-Stay inside half pitch area. Keep control of the ball (don't lose it)
