1v1 to cones
Set up: one ball and cone per pair of players.
Procedure:
1. Player one plays the ball out from the cone to player two. Player one must come out to pressure the ball.
2. Player two works to touch the cone with the ball on the dribble or pass for a point.
3. If defender wins the ball a new ball must be played out.
4. Loser performs a punishment.
Progressions:
1. Set ball on cone and shield from partner for 30 seconds. Switch players.

2v2+2 - Pressure/Cover
Set up: 6 players per grid. Cones 15 yds apart. Two attacking players on two end cones with two neutral attackers on middle cones. Last two players in the grid defending.
Procedure:
1. Attacking players bass the ball side to side or into neutral players as defenders move into pressure and cover.
2. Rotate groups of 2.
Progressions:
1. An attacking player may dribble to other side.
2. Play becomes live as attackers look to score by dribbling or passing over opposite end.

9v9
Set up: 9v9 to big goal and two wide flag gates.
Procedure:
1. Team defending big goal plays a 3-4-1. Team defending the gates plays a 3-3-2
Progressions:
1. One goal game. Team up by one goal plays possession while the other looks to score.

Set up: 4 lines 30 yds apart and one cone in the middle.
Procedure:
1. First person in line one runs past the middle cone and receives the ball from the first person in the second line.
2. Player one dribbles to the back of line 3.
3. Player two sprints to the back of line 1.
4. At the same time line 4 starts a run to the middle and receives from line 3. Line 4 dribbles to the back of line w and line 3 sprints to line 4.
Progression:
1. Line 2 and 4 have the ball. Player 1 and 4 turn to the line it came from and dribble.
