KING OF THE RING ( BALL MASTERY GAME )
RULES :
- Each player with the ball in the circle
- Each player running with the ball and also trying to kick another player football out of the ring
- If a ball is out, a player has to do designed skills to get back e.g toe taps / keepy uppies / penguin move etc.
- Encourage players to move and shield the ball.
PROGRESSIONS & VARIATIONS :
- Instead of kicking the ball from each other, add two defenders who try to steal a ball from players
- Run is a competition e.g ball is out = player is out and goes down to the player who stayed on the ball longest
