4 @ 80% over 40 yards (40 secs recovery)

DEFENDING 1v2

-Travel as the ball travels (FULL SPEED)

-Can you Intercept or tackle on first touch (bad pass?)

-get close, prevent shot and pass to 2nd attacker with angle.

-use sideline as second defender to squeeze player away from goal (Cannot come inside!)

-2nd defender can join if you win the ball for counter attack (pass out)

DEFENDING 1v1 - Back to goal

-Travel as the ball travels (FULL SPEED)

-Can you Intercept or tackle on first touch (bad pass?)

-If you can't win the ball, delay and force backwards.

-Get touch tight (arms length), bend knees (get low).

-Do not allow player to turn

-Feet should be side on and stay moving to be able to win the ball if attacker turns.

-If player turns, can you win the ball or block the shot?
