Set up following pattern with 2 teams - 1 team works through the pattern and looks to score on goal. defending team passively man mark other team, once a shot is taken teams rotate.
Play to time limit or number of balls to see which team scored the most goals
patterns:
1) 5-4-6-10-8-9-goal
2)5-6-4-(10&8 switch)-8-6-10-9 to goal
3)5-4(6&8 switch)-8-6-9-10 to goal
4) free play to goal - everyone must touch the ball

Set up as shown or preferred formation - reds score on the main goal. Blacks must play the ball into target goals or #9 over the half way line.
Ball starts with the reds and can have one player pick the ball up in the middle zone. If ball is not received they must leave straight away.
Conditions:
the ball must be played into the zone
no defender in the zone
one defender to follow - can use drop or skip zone if needed

movement to receive - inbetween defenders
penetration vs possession - movement of defender lines
body position - turn to penetrate or drop to combine

Phase 1:
Set up 5 on the outside and 3 in the middle. the ball is played into the middle who complete the pass in order sequence and play to someone on the outside, who must rotate the ball around to the other 3 players on the outside and then replay the ball in.
Phase 2:
one defender in the middle and 2 balls on the outside, the ball is played into the middle who must make 3 passes and play to an outside player. the ball cannot be played back to the same server or played to the person with a ball. once the ball is played repeat from the other outside ball.

technical detail in body shape/first touch/passing
