Organization:
5x5 square
two players in each box, one on the ball
Instructions:
first player tries to hold second player off the ball with shielding
if first player holds off the player for 10 secondsd- 2 points
if defender gets the ball way- 1 point
rotate
Coaching Points:
shield ball with body sideways to hold ball and hold off defender
try to keep head up at all times
low center of gravity o be stronger on the ball
look to turn away from defender
Progressions:
P-player starts on a line shielding ball. looks to turn off defender and make it to far line.- 1 point

Organization:
15x20 box
two lines in the middle either side of coach
goals on same line out wide
Instructions:
coach plays ball out and first two players in line look to go win it
player then tries to turn and score on goal
Coaching Points:
get to ball quickly and control it
set yourself up to shield off player
look to turn off shield and score
Progressions:
R- players line up behind one another, second player in line plays it through frst players legs.

Organization:
-12x12 box, or however large needed for number of players to move freely but tight.
-players in the box with a ball.
Instructions:
-players, while dribbling their own ball and protecting it, must knock other players balls from the box.
-any time your ball goes out of the box (whether knocked out or dribbled out) player must do X number of ball mastery to return (toe toches, box touches, etc)
Coaching Points:
-dribbling with the laces/ pinky toe, to control the ball and keep it close.
-head up every few touches to see the other players.
-sing your body to shield the ball from other players and protect it.
Progressions:
Progression- once your ball is knocked out, you have to stay out. see who king of the hill is.

1. looking to work on short touchs and longer touches depending upon space
2. players should be keeping their heads up to see where the defenders and teammates are
