Play a 6 vs 6 game, without any of the zones.
Aim is still to put the foot on the ball in the red end zone.
Players can go anywhere they want.
Play with/without the common player.
.
Key points:
Players should still keep some kind of formation/shape.
Forward runs to support are encouraged, however they need to choose the right time to do so, without leaving themselves short in defence if they lose the ball.

Play starts with the defenders.
The Red team will try to keep possession and play through the zones to their midfielders and then their attacker who will attempt to score by putting his foot on the ball in the red end zone.
If successful, play then starts with the Blue team from their defenders.
If the Blue team win the ball back in any of the zones, they try to keep possession and score in their Red zone using their attacker.
Players stay in their zones to start.
No limit on amount of touches.
