Football Tennis 1 v 1
Players are allowed 1 bounce / per touch to start and can touch the ball as many times as needed to get it over the dead zone.
The ball cannot bounce in the Dead Zone or its out. Ball cannot go outside the boxed area. Ball cannot roll at any time or you lose the point.
Step Up - Limit touches / 1 bounce only regardless of touches etc.
Swap players partners every 2/3 minutes
Work on control technique. Accuracy and composure.

The play a 1-2 pass or wall pass as the winger turns to make the forward run. The midfielder plays a through pass for the winger to run on to goal to score.
Rotation of players = 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 back to 1.
Repeat this for 5 mins and the flip on the other side of the field in a mirror setup. (For left winger)

Gauntlet Challenge
2 v 1 in each section with two wingers supporting the attackers making it 4 v 1.
The first two attackers start with the ball and look to attack the 1st defender. They can pass the ball to the wingers (bouncers) to make it to the next zone - the safe zone.
Once they make it to the safe zone they repeat the same process 2v1 + 2 wingers but this time to try and score a goal. They can only shoot once they make it to the shooting zone.
Once the 1st set of players have had a go at the gauntlet the become the bouncers (wingers) in zone 2.
Zone 2 bouncers become Zone 1 bouncers.
Zone 1 bouncers become Gauntlet attackers in the next round.
Swap defenders (and GK) after 3 or 4 minutes. Repeat until everyone has had enough goes of combination play.

Small Sided Game
Normal Game of football.
Add Rules to score -
1) Players must pass at least 2 times to their team mates before being allowed to score.
2) Make one team start with the ball and they have 30 seconds to try and score. The defending team has to stop them but cannot score themselves. They must keep the ball off them!
3) If everyone in their team touches the ball before they score then its worth 2 goals!
Coaches can help the players achieve the rules where needed.

Last To The Cone (5 mins)
Run the Cone Game.
Set up two boxes. One smaller box (10m - 12m in size) and then a larger box roughly 10m away from the middle box.
Players are dribbling around with a ball each in the middle box trying to dodge each other, listening to the coaches ball mastery calls etc.
When the coach call 'GO' or 'Cone' the players have to race to a cone on the outside of the big box.
Make the outside cones have 1 less number then the number of players inside the middle box.
In this case 9 players, 8 cones.
Each player has 2 lives and lose a life if they can't find a cone. Only one player per cone!
