crossing station (25 mins)
each team of 4 will attack 4 times and defend 4 times.
green team goes in for the cross on one side after the shot they check back to the line and make runs again for the other side. after 4 crossess transition to defense and the blue team will be attacking green team defending and so on.
crossers can vary from moving to stationary crosses.
